Do I need to pay for delivery?

Delivery is free for all orders of the Ellune device.

How will my order be sent?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery and you can expect to receive your order between the hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Saturday.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

All orders will be processed within 2 hours of receipt Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm. We aim to dispatch all orders processed before 2pm on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at the weekend, may ship on the next working day.

When can I expect my order?

You should expect to receive your order 1-3 days after despatch.
