Q4. What happens after the 12 months are done?
Your device is fully paid for. If you want to keep receiving gel pads, you can switch to easy monthly pad refills at that point.
Q5. What if I change my mind and don't want the product?
You've got 14 days to return it. As long as it's unused and returned with all original parts, you'll get a full refund.
